Technical Issues

What happens if I don't see my game in the history?

You can check it in the sidebar menu (click on your nickname to expand it) by selecting the option: Account/Balance.It is possible that the game is still being processed, and it may take a few minutes to load.

If you still don't see it after a while, you can contact support@backspingames.com. Remember to always provide the game ID, as well as the game you participated in.

How do I contact support?

If your issue/question cannot be reported through the sidebar/Help/Message, because the desired subject is not found, you can send an email to Support@backspingames.com.
To help our support team assist you as quickly and effectively as possible, please provide all the details when describing your issue. The more information you share, the faster we can resolve it!
Here’s what you should include:

  • Deposit issues: Make sure to include the transaction date, payment amount, and payment method used (the last four digits of your credit/debit card number, username, email, etc.).
  • Event issues: Include a screenshot of the leaderboard results, ensuring that the event ID is clearly visible.
